Basic connections and settings

Input sensitivity knob

Use the input sensitivity knob to adjust the input level. To obtain the best audio quality, adjust the input sensitivity knob until the level is as high as you can get it without causing the input peak indicator to light.

Output volume select switch

Select either MAIN or ALL.

If you select MAIN, you will be able to adjust the volume of the main output signal (all input signals and the playback signals from the computer mixed).

If you select ALL, you will be able to adjust the volume of all output jacks together.

Lower the volume of your connected equipment before you change the setting of the output volume select switch.

Other cautions

Do not connect anything to input jacks you are not using.

Howling could be produced depending on the location of microphones relative to speakers. This can be remedied by:

1.Changing the orientation of the microphone(s).

2.Relocating microphone(s) at a greater distance from speakers.

3.Lowering volume levels.
