5-3. Setting the power saving mode when a person leaves the monitor <Presence Sensor>The sensor on the front side of the monitor detects the movement of a person by setti ng a value from “Level-1”
to “Level-4” of the Presence Sensor function. When a p erson moves away from the monitor, it shifts to the
power saving mode automatically and does not display the images on the screen t o reduce the power
consumption. When a person comes near the monitor ag ain, it comes back from the power saving mode and
displays the images. The detection level of the Presence Sensor can be changed a ccording to the environment of
usage.
Note
• At the time of shi fting to Power Saving mode, the message tha t indicates shifting is di splayed.
Attention
• This f unction cannot be used dur ing portrait style inst allation or <RadiCS SelfQC> execution .
Procedure
1. Choose <PowerManager> from the Adjustme nt menu, and press .
2. Choose <Presence Sen sor> from <PowerManager>, and press .
3. Select “Off” and a ny of “Level-1”, “Level-2”, “Level-3”, or “Level-4” (sensor detection level) with or .
4. Press to exit.
