To ensure their continued operation to the design specifications, per- sonnel should read this manual thoroughly before proceeding with installation, commissioning, opera- tion, and maintenance of this instrument. If this equip- ment is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by it against hazards may be impaired.
