■To open PageManager, click the icon in the Presto! PageManager for EPSON folder. You see the PageManager for EPSON desktop:

Here are some of the things you can do:

■Scan in a page or photo, then print out as many copies as you want.

■Scan and open your fax application, (such as FAXstf) so you can fax the image with the modem in your Macintosh. See Chapter 5 for more information about faxing.

■Scan and open your e-mail application so you can send the image as an e-mail attachment.

■Scan with OCR (optical character recognition), then send it to your word processing application so you can edit the text.

■Scan and send images to PhotoDeluxe, so you can create calendars, cards, labels, and more.

■Scan and send the file to one of your software programs for further editing.

■Organize your scanned image files.

■Crop your scanned images.

■Add text, drawings, or notes to a scanned image.
