2.Type a name and choose one of the following file types:
■Text Document: For files that you can open and edit with any text editor (unformatted).
■RTF Document: (Rich Text Format) For files that you can open and edit in Microsoft Word or many other popular programs (retains most formatting).
■HTML Document: (Hypertext Markup Language) For files that can be viewed in a Web browser or posted as a Web page.
■PDF Document: (Portable Document Format) For files that you can open and edit in Adobe Acrobat.
3.Click the Browse button to choose the folder where you want to save your file(s).
4.Under Output Method, choose one of the following:
■Create one file for all pages: Saves all scanned pages in one file.
■Create one file for each page: Saves each page in a separate file, using the file name you entered, and adding a number for each page.
5.Click the Save button. The Export window opens again.
