Use recycled paper, labels, envelopes, postcards, overlapping forms, and continuous forms with labels only under normal temperature and humidity conditions as follows:

RThe sprocket hole must be a circle or notched circle.
RThe holes must be cleanly cut.
RAt the perforation between pages, the horizontal and vertical perforation cuts should not cross, as shown below.
