Using MENU

Your Equity LT-286e comes with an Epson utility called MENU. This program gives you access to several utilities that perform the functions of some of the most commonly used MS-DOS commands. MENU lets you execute several commands without having to remember the exact format for each one.

To access the MENU utility, log onto the directory containing the file MENU.EXE. Type MENU at the command prompt and press Enter.

File Utilities

Disk Utilities

Mode Settings

Help

Enter DOS Command

To select an option, use the arrow keys to highlight your selection, then press Enter.

Most options contain submenus; keep highlighting your selection and pressing Enter until you select the operation you want.
