6.In the Permissions for Everyone panel, under the Allow column, check the Read box, then click Apply.

NOTE: To reduce the chance of unintentional or unauthorized changes, Extron recommends only Read access to folders and files that are shared on the network.

7.Click OK to close the Permissions for Media dialog box, then OK to close the

Advanced Sharing dialog.

The Media Properties dialog box reopens.
