11.In the Enter the object names to select (examples): field, enter Everyone, then click Check Names. Everyone is underlined.

12.Click OK. The Security dialog box opens.

13.In the Permissions for Everyone panel, under the Allow column, if they are not already, make certain Read & execute, List folder contents, and Read are checked.

14.Click Apply, then OK to exit the Security dialog box.

NOTE: To reduce the chance of unintentional or unauthorized changes, Extron recommends only Read access to folders and files that are shared on the network.
