5.On the expanded Home or Work panel make the following selections:

•Network Discovery = On

•File and Printer Sharing = On

•Public Folder Sharing = On

•File Sharing Connections = Enable File Sharing for Devices that use 40- or 56- bit encryption.

•HomeGroup Connections = Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections.

•Password Protected Sharing = Off (this selection may or may not be visible).

6.Click Save Changes, then close the control panel. File and folder sharing is now available on the PC.
