4.Slightly bend the Paper Output Tray just enough to place the remaining mounting post into the other mounting hole. Lower the tray into place.

While care should be taken not to bend the tray too much, donÕt worry; the tray is not easily broken.

PrimeraPro readily accepts five different sizes of print media: A-size (Letter), A4-size, A-long (Letter-long), A4-long, and Legal-size. The A-long, A4-long, and Legal-size print media are simply extended-length sheets which allow for a larger printable area. FARGO wax thermal transparency film and T-shirt transfer paper are only available in the A-long or A4-long sizes. Only the dye- sublimation paper shipped with the 4-color dye- sublimation ribbon is available in the Legal-size paper.

Your PrimeraPro has an internal mechanical adjust- ment that is factory-set for either A-size or A4-size paper. If you need to change an A-size unit (all 110/120 VAC units) to an A4-size unit (all 220/250 VAC units) or vice versa, refer to the following instructions: Please note that all 220/250 VAC units must be internally set to the A-size in order to print onto the Legal-size dye- sublimation paper.

1.Open the top cover and remove the ribbon cartridge.

2.With the Paper Input Tray down, and the Paper Output Tray (the clear plastic tray) removed, unscrew and remove the only visible screw on the Front Frame Plate of the printer.

3.Gently slide the entire bronze-colored Output Assembly, located just above the Paper Input Tray, out about five centimeters (steps 1Ð3 are illustrated up to this point on page 70 of this manual).

4.Looking inside the printer, the Paper Feed Roller and the two black brackets which attach it to the printer should now be visible.

5.To adjust from A to A4-size print media, gently slide the left bracket to the right approximately .25Ó. To adjust from A4 to A-size print media, do just the opposite. The internal A/A4 adjustment is now complete. Reverse these steps to reassemble.
