31.Use product keys to enter the cooking temperature for the first temperature change. See graphic on page 1-1.

	display; 0 or a previously set sensitivity
			Cooktime for 1st	-2:00
33.	setting appears in the right.		segment	11:00
	Use product keys to enter sensitivity.
34.	Press	.	Time entered into
			CM4-S.

35.Segment appears in left display; Prod 1 in right.

36.	Press product button 3		.	Remaining
37.	Cooktime appears in left display; 0 appears in the			cooktime	11:00
	right.			Cooktime
38.	Subtract desired time for second cook segment from			for 2nd	-4:00
	remaining cooktime. (See example at right.) Enter that			segment	7:00
	number at the cooktime prompt.			Time entered into
39.	Press	to lock in cooktime .		CM4-S.

40.Set-Tempappears in left display and 0 or a previously programmed temperature appears in the right.

41.Use product keys to enter the cooking temperature for the second temperature change.

42.Press . Sens appears in the left display; 0 or a previously set sensitivity setting appears in the right.

43.Use product keys to enter sensitivity.

45.Segment appears in left display; Prod 1 in right

46.	Press product button 4		.	Remaining
47.	Cooktime appears in left display; 0 appears in the			cooktime	7:00
	right.			Cooktime
48.	Subtract desired time for		the third cook segment from	for 3rd	-3:00
	remaining cooktime. (See example at right.) Enter that			segment	4:00
	number at the cooktime prompt.			Time entered into
49.	Press	to lock in cooktime .		CM4-S.
