SELP – Prompts you to select a product button for programming.
CodE – Prompts you to enter a sequence of numbers to change functions.

FBKR18 BOIL OR SIMMER MODE OPTIONS
Pressing the Boil Mode (L) switch overrides the programmed setpoint and the cookpot temperature rises to boiling at 212°F (100°C). When the unit is in boil mode, boiL appears in both LED displays. The unit remains in boil mode until the Simmer Mode switch is pressed or the unit is turned off.
Pressing the Simmer Mode (R) switch causes the cookpot temperature to be maintained at the programmed setpoint. If the cookpot temperature is above the setpoint,
FBKR18 CLOCK SPEED OPTIONS
The computer can be programmed for either “standard” or “slow” rethermalizing times. The standard clock displays minutes and seconds, the slow clock displays hours and minutes. To toggle back and forth between times press the Program Mode switch, then enter 1, 6, 5, 3,
. To determine whether the clock speed is set to standard or slow, initiate a rethermalizing cycle by pressing a product button. If the computer is set to the standard clock, the time in the LED display will immediately begin to count down. If it does not, the computer is set to the slow clock.
