La freidora está equipada con características de seguridad automáticas:

1.La detección de alta temperatura corta el gas al ensamblaje del quemador en caso de que falle el termostato de control.

2.Un interruptor de seguridad opcional incorporado en la válvula de drenaje evita que se inflame el quemador aun estando la válvula de drenaje parcialmente abierta.
