4.Quite la envoltura plástica del ensamblaje del motor del soplador. Vuelva a armar el motor y el alojamiento del soplador. Vuelva a instalar el ensamblaje del soplador en la freidora.

5.Vuelva a instalar la protección del soplador.

6.Encienda la freidora de acuerdo con el procedimiento descrito en el Capítulo 3, Sección 3.1.

7.Después de que los quemadores estén encendidos por al menos 90 segundos, observe las llamas a través de los puertos de observación de los quemadores en cada lado del soplador de aire de combustión.

La mezcla de aire y gas queda ajustada correctamente cuando la presión del múltiple del quemador esté en conformidad con la tabla correspondiente de la página 5-8 y los quemadores presenten un brillo anaranjado-rojo. Si se observa una llama azul, o si hay manchas oscuras en la superficie del quemador, debe ajustarse la mezcla de aire y gas.

En el lado del alojamiento del soplador frente al motor existe una placa con una o dos tuercas de seguridad. Suelte la o las tuercas lo suficiente para permitir mover la placa, luego ajuste la posición de la placa para abrir o cerrar la apertura de entrada de aire hasta que se obtenga un destello anaranjado-rojo brillante. Sostenga cuidadosamente la placa en posición y apriete la o las tuercas de seguridad.
