2.Encienda el interruptor de encendido de la computadora o controlador y fije el termostato o programe la computadora a la temperatura normal para cocinar.

3.Si no se encienden los quemadores, apague el interruptor de encendido y espere 60 segundos. Repita el paso 2.

4.La freidora ingresa automáticamente en el modo del ciclo de derretido si la temperatura de la olla baja de 180°F (82°C). (NOTA: Durante el ciclo de derretido, los quemadores se encenderán repetidamente unos pocos segundos, luego se apagarán por un período más prolongado.) Cuando la temperatura de la olla de la freidora llegue a 180°F (82°C), la unidad se cambiará automáticamente al modo de calentado.
