Opposites (Using Double Dish BOWLS in the CROCK)

Vanilla Bread Pudding

1(12-ounce) can evaporated milk

2 eggs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

34 cup brown sugar

1teaspoon cinnamon

2teaspoons vanilla

6 slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 6 cups)

Combine milk, egg, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to mix. Spray a Double Dish bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread cubes in Double Dish bowl. Pour mixture over bread and gently press down bread cubes so all cubes are moist. Pour water in crock. Place bowls in crock.

Cover and cook:

High – 3 hours

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

1(12-ounce) can evaporated milk

1 cup chocolate chips

5 slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 5 cups)

Combine milk, egg, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to mix. Spray a Double Dish bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place chips and bread cubes in Double Dish bowl. Pour mixture over bread and gently press down bread cubes so all cubes are moist. Pour water in crock. Place bowls in crock.

Cover and cook:
