Safety

The Dolphin 7200 handheld computer/bar code scanner meets or exceeds the requirements of all applicable standards organizations for safe operation. However, as with any electrical equipment, the best way to ensure safe operation is to know the possible risks. The following safety guidelines are designed to protect both you and others around you. Please read them carefully before using your Dolphin.

Required Safety Labels

Dolphin 7200 terminals use a low power Visible Laser to scan bar codes. Short-term exposure to CDRH Class II laser light is not known to be harmful. As with any bright light source, such as the sun, you should avoid direct eye exposure.
