When installing the gasfry station do not attachan exten- sion to the gasflue exhauststack.This may impair proper operation of the burner, causingmalfunctions and possible negativeback draft.

The gasfry station is factory available for either natural or propanegas.Check the dataplate insidethe front door of the cabinet to determine the proper gassupply requirements.

The OG-301 can be operatedat altitudes of up to 4000 feet above sealevel with no changesto the unit. For operation above4000 feet, pleasecontactHenny PennyCorporation for changesto the unit.

Do not attempt to useany gasother than that specified on the data plate. Incorrect gassupply could result in a fire or explosion.

To avoid possible seriouspersonalinjury:

*Installation must conform with American National Standard 2223. l-Latest Edition National Fuel GasCode andthe local municipal building codes. In Canada,installation must be in accordancewith StandardCAN/CGA B 1 49.1 & .2, Installation Codes- Gas Burning Appliances and local codes.

0The fry station and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnectedfrom the gas supply piping systemduring any pressuretesting of that systemat test pressuresin excessof l/2 PSIG (3.45 KPA).

*The fry station must be isolated from the gassupply piping systemby closing its individual manual shut off valve during any pressuretesting of the gassupply piping system at test pressuresequal to or lessthan l/2 PSIG (3.45 KPA).
