Indicates a communication problem between the control and a connected device (e.g., RF receiver, zone expander) where the “xx” indicates the device address. CALL FOR SERVICE.

MODEM COMM Indicates that the control is on-line with

(or CC)the Central Monitoring Station's remote computer.

The control will not report system activity while on-line. Wait a few minutes

— the display should disappear.

BELL FAILURE Indicates that the wiring connection to

(or CHECK 70) the external sounder is at fault (open or shorted). Accompanied by “beeping” at the keypad. CALL FOR SERVICE.
