Load media in the device. See the start guide for more information.

Is the original loaded correctly?

Make sure that the original is loaded correctly:

●Automatic document feeder (ADF) input tray: The original should be loaded top down in the ADF input tray, with the side to be copied facing up. Insert the original into the ADF until it stops. See Loading originals to scan for more information.

●Flatbed scanner: Place the original document face-down on the flatbed scanner with the top, left corner of the document at the lower-right corner of the glass.
