Issue (Internal):
When the HP postscript level 3 emulation driver is used with Adobe Photoshop, page scaling does not function.
Description:
The Adobe Photoshop software generates its own postscript.
Solution 1:
Use the following procedure to disable Postscript Passthrough and print the document again.
1.Click the Device Settings tab in the
2.In Installable Options, select Disabled for the Postscript Passthrough: option.
Solution 2:
Use the HP PCL 5 driver or the HP PCL 6 driver.
