Create email and messaging groups

Create your own email or messaging group to easily send an email, text message, or multimedia message to a group of contacts.

1.Press Start , tap Contacts, and then tap New.

2.Tap E-mail Group or Messaging Group.

3.In the Group name box, enter a name for your email or messaging group.

4.To add a new contact to the group, tap Add Member, select a contact, and then tap Done.

5.When you are finished adding contacts, tap OK.

Contact list tips

The following is a list of tips and shortcuts for your contact list.

●To see a list of contacts employed by a specific company or by name, tap Menu > View By > Name or Company.

●To view the shortcut menu for a contact, tap and hold the contact.

●To display more contacts on your phone screen, you can display the name only. Tap Menu > Options. Tap the Show contact names only box.
