When reviewing the Caller List, you may see the following details:

“OUT OF AREA”

- a caller’s network does not offer the Caller ID service or the call is

 

from an overseas caller or a payphone.

“PRIVATE”

- a caller has blocked his/her number from being transmitted and

 

displayed.

“LINE ERROR”

- the telephone cannot recognize the information contained with the

 

Caller ID message.

 

 

NEW - new calls have been received that have not previously been reviewed in the Caller List

REPEAT - indicates multiple calls have been received from the same caller in the current Caller List’s history; therefore please note that only the most recent call from that caller’s number will be retained in the Caller List. CALL # - entry number in Caller List
