When reviewing the Caller List, you may see the following details:
“OUT OF AREA” | - a caller’s network does not offer the Caller ID service or the call is |
| from an overseas caller or a payphone. |
“PRIVATE” | - a caller has blocked his/her number from being transmitted and |
| displayed. |
“LINE ERROR” | - the telephone cannot recognize the information contained with the |
| Caller ID message. |

NEW - new calls have been received that have not previously been reviewed in the Caller List
REPEAT - indicates multiple calls have been received from the same caller in the current Caller List’s history; therefore please note that only the most recent call from that caller’s number will be retained in the Caller List. CALL # - entry number in Caller List
