Pyrolytic cleaning
1Warning: During this process the oven gets extremely hot. Keep children away.
1Important Before carrying out the Py- roluxe process, all removable parts, in- cluding the side rails, must be removed from the oven.
3If you use the oven shelf runners that are available as special accessories, these must be removed before pyro- lytic cleaning.
If the side rails or oven shelf runners are still in place, ‘C1’ appears in the clock display.
The pyrolytic cleaning process then can- not be started due to a safety
If ‘C3’ appears in the clock display, pyro- lytic cleaning does not start. Close the oven door properly.
Pyrolytic cleaning
1.First remove the worst of the residue manu- ally.
2.Select oven function Pyroluxe .
–P2 appears in the temperature display.
–“2:45” appears in the clock display
–Cook time flashes for approx. 5 seconds
Pyrolytic cleaning then starts.
3Do not open the oven door during the heating up time, or the process is can- celled.
3The Light does not work. When a
The symbol is displayed and the bars of the heat indicator are lit until the door is unlocked again.
3If the process is interrupted while the door is locked, only pyrolytic cleaning can be selected as the next function.
This only applies while the oven door is locked.
Changing the length of time
1.Proceed as described in the section “Pyro- lytic cleaning”.
2.As long as Cooking duration is flashing, select the desired length for the process us- ing or :
–2:15 for a light degree of soiling,
–2:45 for a normal degree of soiling,
–3:15 for a high degree of soiling.
Cooking duration flashes for approx. 5 seconds.
Pyrolytic cleaning then starts.
3If Cooking duration is no longer flashing, press the Time functions but- ton again and then perform the setting procedure.
3.When the pyrolytic cleaning is completed, press any button to end.
