screenmay fluctuate afterbeing set
as the refrigerator cycles to maintain
the set temperature.
After24 hours from adding food,you
maydecide that one or both
compartmentsshould be colder or
warmer. Follow the instructions below
for proper temperatureadjustment.
NOTE:
Dueto design of refrigerator, always
starttemperature adjustments with
freezersection.
DO NOTchange either control more
thanone number at a time.
Allow 5-8 hours for temperatures to
stabilize.
Changingeither control will have
someeffect on the temperature of the
other compartment.
Iffreezer orrefrigerator is too cold:
> Change control to next higher
number.
Iffreezer orrefrigerator is too warm:
> Change control to next lower number.

FRESH FOOD STORAGE

Thefresh food compartmentofa
refrigeratorshould be keptbetween
34°F and40°F withan optimum
temperatureof37° F. Tocheckthe
temperature,placean appliance
thermometerina glass of water and
placeinthe centerof therefrigerator.
Checkafter 24 hours. If the
temperatureisabove 40° F adjustthe
control.

FROZEN FOOD STORAGE

Thefreezer compartment of a
refrigeratorshould be kept at
approximatelyF. Tocheckthe
temperature,placeanappliance
thermometerbetweenthe frozen
packagesand check after 24 hours. If
thetemperatureisabove 0°F, adjust
thecontrol.
