Adjusting the present time

To use the timer function, it is required to set the built-in clock of the unit to the correct time. The clock shows the time of day in 12-hour system.

1 Press the POWERkey to turn power on.

2Press and hold the MENU key for more than 3 seconds.

3Press the VOLUME/MULTI

CONTROL UP () or DOWN ( ) key to input the figure of hour.

Example: Adjustment to 8:07am

12 o'clock of day is displayed as "12:00pm" and 12 o'clock of night is displayed as "12:00am".

4Press the SET/DEMO key.

5Press the VOLUME/MULTI

CONTROL UP () or DOWN ( ) key to input the figure of minute.

6Press the SET/DEMO key.

To check the time of day :

Press the STOP 7key (or the 7STOP key on the remote) while the unit is in the STANDBY mode.

÷After a power failure or when the power cord is unplugged and plugged again, the time should be adjusted again.

÷Accurate time adjustment is possible by pressing the SET/DEMO key at the same time as a time announcement indicating the 00 second of the minute.
