1Perform steps 1to 4of "As- signing a title to a disc or track" (page 32).

2Press the 4 or ¢ key.

3Press the CHARAC. key re- peatedly until "[123]" is dis- played.

4Press the 4 or ¢ key re- peatedly to select the title to

be copied.

"DISC": Disc title can be copied.

"[001]": Track title can be copied.

"[123]": One of titles stored in title memo 1, 2 and 3 (page 36) can be copied.

5Press the SET key.

The title is copied.

Additional characters can be input after the copied title.

6Press the ENTER key.

The title is recorded in the MD and scrolled on the display.

7Press the TITLE INPUT key.

8Eject the MD.

"WRITING" is displayed.

To stop title copy in the middle :

Press the TITLE INPUT key any time before the end of step 5.

Editing can be canceled provided that it is attempted before "WRITING" is displayed. For the procedure, see "Canceling editing" (page 44).

÷Be careful not to apply vibration to the unit while "WRITING" is displayed, because the MD recorder is writing recorded and edited data in the MD in this period. Also, to avoid loss of recorded and edited data, do not unplug the power cord before "WRITING" disappears.
