Whipped Cream

Whisk

1 cup whipping cream

2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In Blending Pitcher, place ingredients. Insert Whisk into Whisk Adapter and Adapter into Motor Body. Whisk at Speed 3 for 45 to 60 seconds, or until peaks form.

Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

Per Serving: About 60 cal, 0 g pro, 1 g carb,

6 g total fat, 3.5 g sat fat, 20 mg chol, 5 mg sod.

VARIATION

Chocolate Whipped Cream

Increase powdered sugar to 1/4 cup; add

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder to other ingredients before whisking.

Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

6 g total fat, 3.5 g sat fat, 20 mg chol, 5 mg sod.

Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Addbefore1/2 whisking.teaspoon cinnamon to other ingredients Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

Orange Whipped Cream

Substitute 1 teaspoon grated orange peel for vanilla and add to other ingredients before whisking.
