Informazioni per l’amministratore

Il kit di sicurezza protegge i dati sul disco rigido interno della fotocopiatrice, ma non protegge qualsiasi altro tipo di dato (dati inviati al computer, ecc.). Notare che la sicurezza dei dati non è garantita se si disattende anche solo una delle condizioni necessarie per la sicurezza dei dati.

Amministratore affidabile

Ènecessario che un amministratore affidabile si assuma la responsabilità circa la sicurezza delle fotocopiatrici che utilizzano questo kit di sicurezza.

Ambiente di installazione sicuro

La fotocopiatrice dovrebbe essere installata in un luogo dove l’accesso sia limitato per evitare l’utilizzo delle fotocopiatrici da parte di personale non autorizzato.

Rappresentante del servizio di assistenza affidabile

Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite dal rappresentante del servizio di assistenza in presenza dell’amministratore.

Dati non protetti
