Wenn Sie zur Datensicherheit den Sicherheitsbausatz verwenden, müssen die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllt sein.

Hauptverantwortlicher Administrator

In der Abteilung wird ein hauptverantwortlicher Administrator benötigt, der für die Sicherheit der Kopierer verantwortlich ist, auf denen der Sicherheitsbausatz zum Einsatz kommt.

Sichere Installationsumgebung

Der Kopierer sollte an einem Ort aufgestellt werden, zu dem nur eingeschränkter Zugang besteht.

Dadurch wird die Benutzung des Kopierers durch unbefugte Personen unterbunden.

Hauptverantwortlicher Kundendienst
