vSee the ″Parts Listing″ section in the Hardware Maintenance Manual to determine which components are customer replaceable units (CRU) and which components are field replaceable units (FRU).

vIf an action step is preceded by “(Trained service technician only),” that step must be performed only by a trained service technician.

3808000	IMM communication failure	1.	Remove power from the server for 30 seconds,
			and then reconnect the server to power and
			restart it.
		2.	Update the IMM firmware.
		3.	(Trained service technician only) Replace the
			system board.
3808002	Error updating system configuration to IMM	1.	Remove power from the server, and then
			reconnect the server to power and restart it.
		2.	Run the Setup utility and select Save Settings.
		3.	Update the firmware.
3808003	Error retrieving system configuration from	1.	Remove power from the server, and then
	IMM
			reconnect the server to power and restart it.
		2.	Run the Setup utility and select Save Settings.
