10. Connect the power cable

to the rear of the new optical drive.

11.If necessary, connect the other end of the signal cable to the SATA connector 0 on the system board. See “System board components” on page 38.

12.If you are instructed to return the old optical drive, follow all packaging instructions and use any packaging materials that are supplied to you for shipping.
