Paper jams as it exits the tray into the printer

Light sequence:

•Continue—On

•Toner Low/Replace PC Kit—On

•Paper Jam—On

What this light sequence means:

A paper jam has occurred as the paper is exiting the paper tray and entering the printer.

What you can do:

Clear the paper jam. See “How to clear paper jams” on page 26 for more information.
