A purple and white check strip is included in the carrying case of your OneTouch® Basic® System. Before doing a check strip test, make sure the test strip holder, test area, and check strip are clean, dry, and lint-free. Do the check strip test at room temperature (between 64° and 79°F [18°–26°C] ).
