2.Press ↓ to the Active Trail NameENT.

3.Press ↓ to ACTIVEENT. This unchecks the Active option.

4.To return to the previous page, press EXITEXITEXITEXIT. As you leave the Edit Trail menu, you will notice that a new trail starts with a new sequential number. In the example figure below, the new trail is number 15, showing zero points. Note that Trail 14 is inactive, but it is still visible on the map.

New trail, named "Trail 15," is created when Trail 14 is made inactive. Any new travel will be recorded in this trail, which is active and visi- ble. Trails do not need to be visible in order to be active.

You can save and recall up to 10 different plot trails, which can also be copied to your MMC for archiving or for transfer to your MapCreate software.
