USING YOUR OVEN
Every oven has its own characteristics. You may find
that the cooking times and temperatures vary. slightly from your old oven, This is normal,

When opening the oven door, allow steam and hot air to escape before reaching into the oven to check, add or
remove food.
Baking and Roasting

Setting the Oven Controls for Baking and Roasting:
The OVEN TEMP knob is used to select and maintain the oven temperature. Always turn this knob just to the

temperatures. Turn this knob to OFF whenever the oven is not in use.
To set your oven for baking or roasting:
1.When cool, position the racks in the oven according to what you are baking.
2. Turn the OVEN TEMP knob to the desired oven temperature. Allow

Oven Racks

Oven Vent
The oven vent is located on the baekgqmrd. When the oven is in use, this area may feel warm or hot to the touch. To prevent problems, do not block the vent opening.
