REMARQUES:

•Les réglages de température varient souvent entre un four neuf et le four qu’il remplace. On observe souvent une dérive du réglage de température d’un four à mesure qu’il vieillit; il peut devenir plus chaud ou moins chaud. Ceci est normal.

•Durant une cuisson au four prolongée, on peut percevoir un petit

bruit d’explosion par intermittence (extinction du brûleur). Ceci est normal.

•Pour les températures de cuisson recommandées et temps de cuisson au four et rôtissage, voir le tableau de rôtissage dans la brochure « La Cuisine Simplifiée ».

Réglage des commandes

1.Appuyer sur la touche Bake (Cuisson au four).

•Le témoin associé à la touche Bake (Cuisson au four) s’illumine.

•L’afficheur représente 000.

2.Utiliser les touches ▲ ou ▼pour sélectionner la température.

•Lorsqu’on appuie sur une de ces touches, la valeur 177° C (350° F) apparaît.

•On peut sélectionner une température de 77° à 288° C (170° à 550° F).

3.Il y a une période d’attente de quatre secondes avant la mise en marche du four. Lors de la mise en marche du four:

•Le témoin Oven On (Four allumé) s’illumine.

•Le témoin Preheat (Préchauffage) s’illumine.

•La température présélectionnée demeure affichée.

4.Prévoir une période de 8 à 15 minutes pour le préchauffage du four.

•Un unique signal sonore indique la fin de la période de préchauffage.

•Le témoin Oven On (Four allumé) demeure illuminé.

•Le témoin Preheat (Préchauffage) s’éteint.

5.Placer le mets dans le four.

NOTE: On peut modifier la température de cuisson sélectionnée à tout moment avec les touches ▲ ou ▼. Si une autre fonction est affichée, appuyer sur la touche Bake (Cuisson au four), puis utiliser les touches ▲ ou ▼ pour sélectionner la nouvelle température.

6.Lorsque le temps minimum de cuisson est écoulé, contrôler l’avancement de la cuisson. Poursuivre la cuisson si c’est nécessaire.

7.Appuyer sur la touche Cancel (Annulation) et retirer le mets du four.

•Le témoin lumineux de la touche Bake s’éteint.

•Le témoin Oven On (Four allumé) s’éteint.

•L’heure normale réapparaît sur l’afficheur.

NOTE: Si on oublie d’arrêter le four, il s’arrête automatiquement à la fin d’une période de 12 heures. Si on souhaite désactiver cette fonction, voir la page 25.
