1Set the VIDEO MODE In the FIRST TIME SET UP menu to either COLOUR or B/W.
•When B/W is set, colour recordings are played without colour.
2Load a pre-recorded tape.
AUTO PLAY:If a cassette with the erasure prevention tab removed is loaded, the unit automatically begins playback mode.
3Press the PLAY button to start playback.
4Press the REC/PLAY MODE (+) or (-) button to select the desired playback mode.
5Press the STOP button to stop playback.
^Turn the SHUTTLE ring to the left to rewind the tape when the VCR is in the stop mode.
^Turn the SHUTTLE ring to the right to fast forward the tape when the VCR is in the stop mode.

tape was recorded in L12H, L24H, 48H - 960H mode).
