After you access Voice Mail, an automated system tells you each menu option and which key to press to make a menu selection. See “Boost Mobile Voice Mail Tree” on page 80.

Setting Up Your Voice Mail Box

You must set up your Voice Mail box before you can retrieve messages. The following steps will tell you how to setup your mailbox. Before getting started, see “Recording Your Active Greeting” on page 72 for information you may want to include in your greeting.

1Using your i50sx phone, enter your 10-digit Boost Mobile Personal Telephone Number (PTN). For example: 2135557777.

If you are calling from a phone other than your i50sx phone, dial your 10-digit Boost Mobile Personal Telephone Number (PTN). When you hear the greeting, press * to access your Voice Mail box.

The system prompts you to Enter your password. Enter the last seven digits of your Boost Mobile Personal Telephone Number. For example: 5557777. This is your temporary password.
