Il y a des risques de REBONDS si la POINTE du guide- chaîne entre en contact avec un objet, ou si le bois se resserre et coince la chaine de la tronçonneuse.

Un contact avec la pointe du guide-chaîne peut parfois causer une réaction inverse instantanée, causant un soubresaut du guide-chaîne le poussant vers le haut et l’arrière où se trouve l’utilisateur.

COINCER la chaîne vers le BAS du guide-chaîne risque de PROPULSER la tronçonneuse vers l’avant en direction opposée de l’utilisateur. COINCER la chaîne le long du HAUT du guide-chaîne risque de POUSSER rapidement ce dernier vers l’utilisateur.

Chacune de ces réactions risque de vous faire perdre contrôle de la tronçonneuse et peut entraîner de sérieuses blessures.
