If no Imaging devices listing appears or if Nikon Digital Camera E990 is listed under Other Devices, reinstall the device driver as instructed in “Reinstalling the Device Driver” (
55).
If Imaging devices is not listed in the Device Manager and Nikon Digital Camera E990 is not listed under Other devices, disconnect the camera and restart the computer. Recon- nect the camera after the computer has re- started.

After confirming that NikonCOOLPIX990 is listed under Imaging devices,

Click the General tab of the Nikon COOLPIX990 Properties dialog and confirm that This device is working properly ap- pears under Device status. Click OK.
Device registration is now complete. Click OK to close the System Properties dialog.
