Notes Technical

Files are stored in folders named with a folder number followed by a five- character identifier: “P_” plus a three-digit sequence number for pictures taken using panorama assist (e.g., “101P_001”; c 47), “INTVL” for inter- val timer photography (e.g., “101INTVL”; c 103), “SOUND” or “SOUNE” for voice recordings (e.g., “101SOUND”; c 77), and “NIKON” for all other pictures (e.g., “100NIKON”). When the number of files within a folder reaches 9999, a new folder will be created. File numbers will be assigned automatically starting with “0001”.
