Recording Movies

Movies

jRecording Movies

The flash (c 32) can only be used for time-lapse and stop-motion movies. The self-timer (c 34) cannot be used, and exposure compensation (c 101) is not available. Macro mode (c 35), however, is available in all modes.

Digital zoom (up to 2×) can be applied while movies are being recorded. Adjust optical zoom before beginning recording. Once recording begins, optical zoom cannot be adjusted.
