Selecting Pictures
The picture selection screen, as shown at right, will be		Erase selected images
displayed with the following menus:
•	Playback menu:
	Quick retouch* (A75) ,
	D-Lighting* (A76) ,
	Select images in Print set (A103),	Back
	Erase selected images in Delete (A132),
	Protect (A132),
	Rotate image (A133),
	Hide image (A133),
	Small picture* (A78),
	Selected images in Copy (A134),
	Black border* (A79)

•Setup menu: Welcome screen (A137)

*These will be displayed if menu items are selected when the playback menu has been displayed from a mode other than playback mode (A13).

Follow the procedure described below to select pictures.

1 Press the multi selector Jor Kto choose the	Erase selected images
desired picture.
• The command dial can also be used in place of pressing
Jor Kon the multi selector.
• Only one picture can be selected for Quick retouch, D-
Lighting, Rotate image, Small picture, Black	Back
border and Welcome screen. Proceed to step 3.

•Rotate the zoom control to g(i) to switch to full-frame playback, or f(h) to switch to 12 thumbnails display.

2 Press Hor Ito select ON or OFF (or the	Erase selected images
number of copies).
• When ON is selected, a check mark is displayed in the
current picture. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to select
additional pictures.

3Press the kbutton to apply picture selection.
