BATTERY/TAPE screen

The warning tone which signals the remaining battery charge and remaining tape and which is heard during shooting can be switched off if they prove to be distracting.

END TIME	2min	ENG	tape time for which the
			warning tone is to be
			heard when the end of the
			tape is near.
TAPE END	ON	USER	For setting the warning
ALARM	OFF	ENG	tone heard when the tape
			has reached its end to ON
			or OFF.
TAPE REMAIN/$	3min/$	USER	For setting the time for
	5min/$	ENG	one segment of the
			remaining tape display
			indicated on the LCD
			display window.
			3min/$ : One segment is
			set to 3 minutes.
			5min/$ : One segment is
			set to 5 minutes.

The underlining in the variable range column indicates the setting in the preset mode.
