REMOTE Specifications

This monitor permits remote operation via GPI input terminal, RS-232C input terminal or RS-485 input/output terminal.

GPI input terminal

GPI screen items correspond to the following terminals. Use the GPI menu to assign functions to each terminal (→page 37).

The functions assigned to each terminal are executed as specified depending on whether GND (pin 5) is short-circuited (ON) or open (OFF).

Level operation: Operates when GND is short-circuited.

Edge operation: Operates when GND changes from open to short-circuited.
