2.5 Deleting Stored Documents
Select Delete Documents.
∙ When documents are stored in the mailbox, the number of stored documents is displayed in the "Mailbox Status".
∙If there are no documents in the mailbox, you cannot select the Delete Document button.
Enter the password of the mailbox, then select Confirm.
Select the document to be deleted, then select Delete.
Select Select All to delete all the documents.
When the message for confirmation is displayed, select Yes. The document is deleted.
