When the subject is focused, the focus indication 1 lights.

The remaining recording time (approximation) appears on the screen.

The audio recording starts simultaneously from the built-in microphone of the camera. (DMC-FX7 only)

By pressing the shutter button fully again, the recording stops.

If the memory card becomes full during recording, the camera stops automatically.

The remaining recording time (approximation) appears on the screen.

The recordable time is an approximation.

You can record audio on DMC-FX7. However, you cannot play audio only with the camera. When you want to play audio, connect the camera to TV (P81) or PC (P84).

The motion images cannot be recorded without audio on DMC-FX7.

You cannot record audio on DMC-FX2.

The picture size is fixed to 320k240 pixels.

If using a MultiMediaCard, after recording motion images, the card access indication may appear for a while, but this is not a malfunction. The file is being loaded to the MultiMediaCard.

The settings of auto focus/zoom/aperture values are fixed to what they are when recording starts (in the first frame).

If you use a card with little capacity, recording may stop while you record motion images depending on the card type.

When motion images recorded with this camera are played back on other equipment, the quality of pictures and sounds (DMC-FX7 only) may be deteriorated or it may not be possible to play them back.
