Select a Drive Mode

Applicable modes:
Selecting the drive mode allows you to switch the operation, such as burst recording or the
self-timer, for when you press the shutter button.
1Press 4 ().
2Select a drive mode.
Touching [More settings] allows you to change the settings for each drive mode.
3Touch [Set].
AWhen this is touched, drive mode is returned to default (Single).
BDrive mode
Drive mode Description of settings
1[Single] (P68) When the shutter button is pressed, only one picture is
recorded.
2[Burst] (P179) Recordings are made in succession while the shutter
button is pressed.
3[Auto Bracket] (P182)
Each time the shutter button is pressed, recordings
are made with different exposure settings according to
the Exposure Compensation range.
4[Self Timer] (P184) When the shutter button is pressed, recording takes
place after the set time has elapsed.
